While I do enjoy experimenting more with my PC and trying new recipes, and I appreciate that I can make something fast when I am pressed for time, I don't use it every day and I probably will never be as enamored with it as the rest of you. I love cooking, especially leisurely cooking ..... long-simmered stews, casseroles baking in the oven, bread dough rising on my dining room radiator. For me, cooking is relaxing and nothing makes me happier than puttering in the kitchen. In our high-pressured, rush-rush world, cooking is a way for me to slow down, chill out and enjoy myself.
