I have a comment to make on the canned chipotles in adobo sauce. They are hot!! At least the brand I bought was. Yikes! I like heat, but not that hot. I now use dried chipotles and pulverzie them without the seeds. It seasons food with a nice smokey chile flavor without intense heat.
