Is the summer squash risotto in Veg CUP? We usually grill the summer squash, cut it small and toss it in with the cooked risotto. It gives a nice grilled flavor, which makes me hahpeee.

Tonight we're looking at broccoli risotto - we got some broc in our box and haven't used it yet. Any advice, Broccoli Boy?
