I had these items in my fridge and made a delicious soup for lunch today. 2 small leeks I put all in the pressure cooker with about four cups water and some veggie broth powder. Cooked at high pressure for about 7 minutes. I used my braun handheld blender and pureed it in the pot. Added some salt and freshly ground black pepper. Delicious, nutritious, and no fat.
