says several billion Chinese aren't wrong. GRIN. "Ordinary white rice" is still a good source of carbohydrate, as long as you don't have added fat. Throw some veg broth and loads of vegetables in there, and if it helps kids eat their veggies, it's good food. (c: We eat about 5 pounds of quinoa and brown rice a week here, so it's a nice change for us. Kinda like enjoying a loaf of white bread once a year. LOL! Lori
