I hope this doesn't sound too cranky, but isn't arborio rice pretty much the same as ordinary white rice in nutritional value? I'd love to hear otherwise, but it seems like it isn't worth much in terms of food value, though it has a really cool sounding name! Maybe one of you can enlighten me....
