I sorrow that your health has been worse and hope that you can continue to search for ways to improve it. I'm amazed that with all you deal with physically, you can accomplish so much.

Over a year ago, you had emailed the Lemon Asparagus Risotto recipe to me, after mentioning it on the McD board. I reluctantly shelved it away, since I didn't have a pressure cooker.

But now, I finally have a pressure cooker and I am excited to try it. I have the asparagus (definitely not the same price you are paying) but must get some arborio rice tomorrow. Thanks for sharing it.

Now that your computer finals are over, please visit this board or the McD Friends board more often, if you can. You are missed.
