okay, so my dh probably wants an ohsawa pot and I read about the porcelain pot at Crate & Barrel. I even went to the new C&B in Manhattan, built in the space where my old office was, sigh... But I digress. What I really wanted to know is: wouldn't an insert scratch the nonstick coating???
