"Page 37" is not a WEB page, but is page 37 in the book Great Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure, the Lorna Sass bible for this board! (c: Everyone here (okay, nearly everyone) bought a copy because it is absolutely necessary. Sabrina recommended it in her article on pressure cooking.

So, we don't post her copyrighted recipes; we just brag about how yummy they were after we try them!

Any recipes posted here are changed partially and adapted from the original by the post-ee. If they aren't changed, then credit is given, but most of us try not to post copyrighted stuff--we just tell you where to get the book or what page to find it on.
