Subject: Easy Mushroom Leek Soup

A friend gave me this recipe. Just had this delicious soup for lunch!

2 leeks, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 large potatoes peeled and diced
one pound button mushrooms, quartered
4 cups veggie broth
pinch rosemary
salt and pepper

Put it all in the pot and cook at high pressure for ten minutes. Yummy!
