i usually power soak on the stovetop, but you're saying i can soak even quicker in the pc - that's awesome! i want to make sure i get this right, because my dh will use the slightest excuse to call a moratorium on beans.

so, i can just bring them up to high pressure and let it do an npr for 10 minutes and that'll be the same as brining them to a boil for a few minutes and letting them soak for 1-2 hours?
