I purchased the Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker. I wanted a smaller pressure cooker to start with since I am the only who eats my vegetarian cooking here at home and I tend to cook too much food for myself. I thought if I got a smaller pressure cooker it would force me to cook in smaller batches.
