Sabrina got me addicted to that recipe. I made Canarios Peruanos tonight. Canary beans, with red onion, garlic, salt, pepper, a pinch of spices (pc'd for 30 minutes) and then served over basmati rice and topped with a mixture of tomatoes, onions, and seitan strips sauted in garlic and soy sauce.
