........but I've found that if I get the pc and water *good and hot* and toss in firm veggies, they only need a 2-5 minute zap depending on their firmness. I've had perfect asparagas, beets and green beans. I'm still playing with different types of spuds. I wouldn't even consider zapping summer squash.
