I had it last night and I also bought a big freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread to go with it. I think the chili is awesome fresh out of the cooker, but it is even better the next day. I squeezed a little bit of lime juice and sprinkled some freshly chopped cilantro on top of the chili and then smeared some avocado on the sourdough and I was in absolute heaven. Jim p.s. I polished it all off with a Soy Delicious frozen cookie.
