The steep sided serving dish/bowl at Crate & Barrel is $19.95. I think it will hold more than an Ohsawa pot and allow a lot more water underneath when put on a pressure cooker tripod. It is a house brand porcelain (it says SPAL porcelain on its' underside) item made in Portugal.
