That's what I thought, but wanted to be sure. I'll have to keep a bag of those type potatoes just for her very tasty recipes. Quickly thumbing through the cookbook, I didn't see that she calls for any other potatoes, besides the thin-skinned types. BTW, do russet/Idaho potatoes not do well in a pressure cooker?
