There's been so much talk on the McDougall Board regarding pressure cookers. How does the taste of the food differ cooking the food in a pressure cooker compared to on the stove/oven? I know the food is supposed to cook quicker in the pressure cooker, but I am wondering about how the taste compares with cooking it in the pressure cooker vs stove/oven. This is all new to me and I am very much intriged by this. The main reason why I would like to get a pressure cooker is because I don't have much time to prepare dinner (working full-time and going to school part-time, plus homework for classes) and I am looking for something that would help me make quick/fast/easy meals.
