We have just returned from our week long vacation in Palm Springs, where we went on a glorious 2 hour horseback ride into the desert, took a tram up into the alpine snow, golfed, skated, swam and ate at Native Foods at every conceivable opportunity. What a wonderful week we had! It's nice to be home to my PRESSURE COOKERS, though! I missed them! Luckily I had frozen a pot of chili before we left, so we didn't come home to an empty larder. :) Now if someone could just unpack all of our suitcases and do a week's worth of dirty laundry, I'd *really* be content! So what's cooking? Tanya @ Native Foods has apparently been bitten by the pressure cooker bug (gee, I wonder how THAT happened), so I'm going to try and talk her into producing some seitan recipes for us.
