Subject:	Steel Cut Oats & Brown Rice In The Kuhn?

Can anyone tell me how to prepare steel cut oats and brown rice (separately) in the Kuhn? I just got my 7 quart Kuhn and I'm kind of scared because I've never had much cooking experience, let alone working with a pressure cooker!
