Where are you? It's warming up here in So CA and I'm not ready for the heat just yet. There are too many good pc recipes that need to be cooked before the summer heat arrives. My pc was busy today because I'm leaving town for a few days and I had to prepare my food to take with me. I pc'd & froze asparagus, brussel sprouts, beets and spuds. I washed and bagged 3 lbs of salad and packed up my beans, salad and fruit. I might take the pc with me so I can cook up meals for my step daughter and her family. She just had a baby,(C-section) so she won't feel like cooking for awhile. Too bad she hates beans! Maybe I'll make the risotto for them. Hmmmmm, good idea. Tonight's dinner was brown rice with Soychorizo, onions, rotel and cilantro, Yum!
