Well, it will just have to await a moment when I've changed the gasket on my poor Presto, and can submerge my arms in flour in the spirit of adventure. I did just get a replacement dough hook for my KitchenAid stand mixer, though... if it all works out, maybe I can report my success through a neutral third party!
