Hi Stacey, I used a stainless steel mixing bowl that I think came with a set of farberwear cooking pots, centered it on a rack, and just followed the Sass directions for brown basmati. It has little rings on each side, so I just flipped them up to grab it after cooking. I'm still not too sure about how much steam should be coming out of the PC, so I find myself fooling with the settings alot (electric stove).
