I walked out to the garden (it's 79°F here, with gorgeous sunshine) and clipped some fresh parsley and cilantro, and added it to a pot with veggie broth, dried mushrooms, artichoke hearts, onion and arborio rice. Five minutes later...lunch is ready. I guess since lunch is ready at 10am, I'll make supper at noon! LOL! Nah...maybe I'll just curl up with a good book. You know those Rice Crispie treats commercials, where the mom always powders her face with flour to show how hard she's working??? That's what the PC does for ya, only with significantly healthier foods...GRIN! Lori
