Subject: A typical PC day for this expectant family........

I'm posting a typical day for my "only child" pressure cooker. SEB is his name and he is waiting impatiently for his little Fagor sibling to arrive. He's long overdue and I'm ready to call amazon for some inducement.

In the meantime, he is working overtime to please me because I'm just so very tired. I thought I'd brag about his good behavior yesterday. This is what he made for me:

2 pounds green beans
4 cups brown rice
2 beets for salads
Veggie/Rice casserole
2 big fat artichokes

Today, he is preparing to serve me up with:

A batch of yellow fin potatoes
Spicey Black Bean Ole
More beets
Parsnip (It's my new challenge-of-the-week veggie)
Chunky vegetable soup.

Sure do wish that little sib of SEB's would hurry up and arrive!
