April's Sunset Magazine has some superb recipes that need only minimal tweaking. Best issue in a long time.

I found even more recipes on their website,(167 of 'em) just scroll through, find something you like and tweak it. (Veganize, McDougalize or whatever you do) and then cook it faster in a pc. Just use Sass's book as a reference.

If you are like me and don't like to follow recipes precisely, this is a good way to get ideas or inspiration and create something for suitable for your tastes. Razzie, this is for you.
