Please do post how you like your fry pan and how you use it. I bet you will be very satisfied with it. It is really nice to use metal utensils and not see a bunch of stuff come off of plastic spatulas or teflon flake/burn off of the pan. I wonder how much of that stuff leaches into food. (yecchhhh) Also, the pan that I have (not a New Tek) is a darn good pan. Better and more durable than any previous one I've owned. The person at Scan Pan said that the newer surface will work even better. Have fun.
