About a year ago, I bought a 5 and a 7 Kuhn Rikon PC direct from Kuhn Rikon. Occasionally, they get a return and I got them for $90 each. They are GREAT! What incredible time savers. My favorite cook book is Great Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure. I always flip to the inside cover for the cooking charts.

I like the Kuhn Rikon PCs so much that we now carry them at Lifestyle Center of America where I work along with the Lorna Sass book referred to above.

Highly recommended!!!
