The lemon asparagus one is on the menu for dinner Saturday. I have never made a risotto in the pc before so I did a test run with her kale gremolata (sp?) risotto. I didn't like it much. The rice was done before the kale was done. I thought the timing was problematic. I really want to try the squash recipe next.
