Cheryl, I made the Lorna Sass risotto recipe tonight and it was extremely easy and very good! I added broccoli, as I believe that EVERYTHING should have broccoli in it. I didn't have any cumin (how can that #@^#@& be?!!!), so I used some Peruvian whami seasoning that was laying around the kitchen. I also used red onion instead of white onion and I didn't use any oil. I screwed up and added the roasted peppers (canned) at the start rather than at the end, but it came out perfectly and I honestly am not sure why they say to add the peppers at the end. This took 5 minutes, is made virtually fat free, very satisfying and absolutely perfect for eating on a cold rainy evening like tonight. Thanks, Jim p.s. My GF loved it also.
