Often when I cook soups, I don't even put them under pressure because while I am chopping stuff up, I have the onions and celery cooking, or rice, barely, whatever will take the longest. So by the time I have all the ingredients chopped then the soup is nearly done and doesn't even need to be pressure cooked. I have other pots, but I only use them if I am needing smaller pots. These guys are heavy dutier (heh heh) and can take the abuse that I might give them. BTW, when I posted under this thread the other night, I didn't even read the clever words on your poll. VERY funny Yamster. You are a character.
