Subject: New PC user - Easy Recipe??

Hi, just got a Spendid by Fagor and have never used one before. Can anyone suggest a beginner's recipe? (Would like to start with a winner).
I'm not new to cooking - just pc's - It was Sabrina's article that did it for me.
