Brown rice pudding w/ apples: 1 cup long grain or basmati brown rice Put all ingredients but the apples into pc. bring to high pressure and cook for 40 minutes (yes, that's forty, not four) Release pressure naturally or quick-release. Stir in the apples. Cover and let sit for a minute or two. Enjoy.
