Another suggestion is to make sure that you chew your food 30-40 chomps per bite. That is from Milton Crane, M.D. at the Weimar Institute. http://www.weimar.org/ He also suggests drinking liquids around meals rather than during. The reason he gave is that liquids will dilute digestive enzymes. Hope this helps.
