I have a great set of SS waterless cookware, a Kuhn Rikon 7L, a Presto 22qt PC/canner, 12 qt, 6qt, and 4 qt (last 2 on loan to one of my married daughters). I'd like to replace all my smaller (12 qt and under) pots with Kuhn Rikon (SS and no gauges to lose!). I often use several cookers and a few SS pots at once, since I'm often cooking for 10-12 (foster parents). If I am not using the PC alone, then I use it in conjunction with other pots to have the longer-cooking item in a meal finished at the same time as the rest. I find that people who like pressure cookers tend to not use their crockpots too often, and vice versa. I guess I must be a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants type, so I LOOOOOVE my pressure cookers!
