I don't have a good answer because I haven't opened the can yet. We can't buy chipotles here, so my husband has to pick them up at a bodega near where he works. He couldn't remember which kind I wanted, so he got both canned and dried. The canned are "San Marcos Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce."
