Subject: Old Betsy....Left to me in the Granny's will........Almost destroyed the house once

Here she is.....Betsy.....been cooking for 4 generations of our family.....A little hard to find replacement parts, but with the help of a local welder, we've keep her pressure up.....
Sometimes I leave the kitchen when the pressure dial goes way up, then I sneak back and quickly flick the heat off...letting the pressure gradually fall before approaching the unit... So far I've lost no limbs. Pat
