I am pretty new here, sorry if this has already been said, but Lorna Sass' other cookbook, "Lorna Sass' Complete Vegetarian Kitchen" is also packed with pressure cooker recipes! (as well as standard stovetop options.) I bought this for less than $5 on half.com, the older edition, but I think she has a new edition out, too.
