Subject: Butternut squash, red spuds, and what else?

I cook butternut squash in my pressure cooker......very tasty.

Sometimes with and without red spuds...also cut up in chunks

Any ideas on other tasty things that would take about the same amount of time so I could cook em all together? ....

I normally cook the squash and spuds at high pressure for about 7 minutes....
