Found a timer which has been very useful for pressure cooking. It is a Polder "Triple Kitchen Timer/Clock". As it's name indicates, it has three countdown timers. They all can be started at one time or used individually. It also has a clock & standard stopwatch. It is a great tool to signal when to turn off a burner & let the cooker sit for a prescribed time period. It's also easy to set one timer to signal to check if it is time to turn down the heat after sealing.
