Do the manufacturers say at what pressure the PC operates at at full pressure? I live at 4700 feet which effectively reduces pressure by about 3 PSI. I had a Tfal which operated at 12 PSI when combined with the pressure reduction due to elevation really produced a noticeable change in required cooking times.
