Subject:	new electric pressure cooker

I just got 2 of the 5 qt Cook's Essentials pressure cookers from QVC (one for a friend)- it's electric, has up to 8 hr time delay, brown, steam and automation. I made barley in it a few days ago and it did great. Non-stick pan, seems to be aluminum and not steel, but covered with the Teflon.

I really liked my 4 qt Farberware, but they are discontinued and you can't get them any more. I had one left (I always have a spare) when the heating element went our on mine after using it daily for 2 years. I liked the container in it better (heavy duty, not aluminum, non-stick) but the Cook's Essentials worked great.
