I did a web search and the time looks right, though I most of the
sites I visited had a recipe that recommended cooking for 25
minutes. One site said that the longer seitan is pressure cooked,
the chewier it is.

There was also some stuff from this board dating back to 2003.

Once I get my pressure cooker out of storage, I'll try it out and let
y'all know how it goes.
