I'm thinking of getting a PC, and am leaning towards an 8L Kuhn Rikon. The 8L stockpot PC is about half the price of an 8L regular PC - why? (I'm completely new to pressure cookers, and only have dim memories of some old, dangerous thing my mom had when I was a kid ...)
