We just bought a stainless steel 6 quart pressure cooker. We've both wanted one because we've heard they're good for healthy fast food. We aren't really sure what to do with it just yet. The cookbook mentioned looks interesting. I'll probably order it.

Any special recipe you recommend? We both work and the kids are all out of the house. Cooking used to be my avocation, but now it's more of a necessity. My-How times change!
