Hi, found this website useful since I started using a pc recently. Can't find how to start a post. If someone could help me with that. I want to start a post about FOODS THAT BURN. I tried using tomato paste and it scorched at the bottom. I guess that is why the recipe book says to add paste when food is almost done cooking. I'm thinking of using balsamic vinegar, but I am afraid that will burn too. I did a search on the net and found foods high in sugar and fat will burn. Really wanted to use balsamic vinegar, but not sure if I should. Anybody find (the hard way or from advice) foods that are not pc friendly. Much thanks ahead of time. PS A post that lists foods would be a great start. Also nice would be tricks of how to incorporate these foods into pc cooking without burning the bottom and getting the most flavor impact as well.
