Have you tried using more water? That will probably make it stick less but will probaly result in mushier food. Another alternative is to use an insert on a tripod. I probably sound like a broken record but insert cooking solves sticking and scorching problems. It also give a user much more control of how much water for any given recipe because there is no worry about sticking when using an insert. (see my numerous posts on the subject down the board)
