Thanks for all your help. I read a similar article about cooking broccoli! Wow!

Haven't purchased yet. I was going for the top model, but after talking with a sales rep at the intended place of purchase have decided to go with the "traditional" Kuhn model. Seems like the top model has been returned a bit -- faulty plastic or something.
