I have the 2.5 liter Kuhn pressure pan. I use it almost exclusively for steaming vegetables. I use one of those foldout fan types or steamers because it also fits in a none pressure pan for steaming under no pressure. I steam vegetables after reading an article about broccoli losing nutrition when microwaved. They apparently had immersed the broccoli in water to cook because they attributed the vitamin loss due to water used.
