I do not have any decent cookware at all. I was thinking about buying better pans and pots, but now I think I might as well buy two pressure cookers. I can also use them to cook conventionally, right? My question is: what sizes should I buy? I will definately buy a 7 liter PC, but what else? We are a three person family. We eat a lot :) We love bean soups etc. We will also cook rice, and maybe rolled oats (or let's try steal cut oats). And vegetables. I am trying to decide between 3.5 or 5 liter. Will 3.5 be too small? Or will 5 be too large if I just want to cook oats or rice for me and my daughter? Any advice would be much appreciated. Don't tell my I need to buy 3 :)
